Avere un periodo no capita a tutti, spesso è più facile piangersi addosso che cercare di cambiare le cose. Sentivo che dovevo liberarmi da una rabbia repressa e trasformarla in gioia di vivere e voglia di fare! Questa doveva essere la mia forza!!
Da bambina dopo una corsa, anche l’arrabbiatura più nera passava in un attimo. Ho ripensato a quei tempi ed un giorno mi sono alzata molto presto, ho indossato le mie scarpette da running ormai impolverate, cuffie con la mia musica preferita ed ho iniziato a correre, correre e correre. Alla fine del percorso, senza fiato, stanca, sudata ma allo stesso tempo adrenalinica e senza pensieri negativi mi sono fatta una doccia ed ho iniziato a cambiare la mia vita, fare quello che mi piaceva, mettere energia in tutto.
