Finalmente una settimana di sole e senza pioggia,! Le temperature sono gradevoli ed i fiori iniziano a sbocciare nei prati: è proprio tempo di primavera.
Non so voi ma questo periodo oltre a portarmi un pò di sonnolenza pomeridiana, mi fa venir voglia di cambiamenti, di uscire , stare all'aria aperta e magari di  iniziare a svolgere un pò di attività fisica.
